Description
This Mixed Media piece was made from a photograph taken by Kevin Cunningham (and used with his permission). A baby sea turtle was stolen from a beach by humans, so she never learned to dive or hunt. She is now an adult, forced to live a life of captivity at a public aquarium. It’s a cautionary tale: People should never kidnap wild baby animals from their natural habitats.
